Friendly atmosphere and classic queen room with big bed bathroom needs a lot of work. A storage and a radiator — very useful. Good food, comfortable location by the river.

The hotel has a marvellous location, near St Michael's Church.

The room is generous-sized and with a storage, a lounge, and a radiator. The location is fantastic and they have parking on street. There's variety of restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

I was there for 1 night and ate at traditional restaurant with a choice of bar meals or restaurant. The location seemed particularly good in the area pet friendly.

Gorgeous and stunning location, in the centre of betwys. Spacious and cheap unit with the shower as well as heating.

Good location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Bistro Betws-y-Coed. 15 minutes walk to a bus stop. Recently upgraded and large room and family bathroom with all necessary facilities.

Good service, friendly atmosphere, and the staff was amicable. The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had amazing dishes.

Comfortable beds in our deluxe queen room. Excellent, amicable staff, stunning location close to the restaurant & breakfasts, the mountains and the town's attractions, restaurants and shops. Plus, walking distance to Platform Galeri.

Wonderful old place with amicable employees on check-out. Easy check-in and generous-sized room with a generous bathroom too and a lovely warm throw for the bed plus a view for extra £20. Incredible and stunning location in Betws-y-Coed, short walk to centre of Betws-y-Coed as well as the Gwydyr, excellent value for money, lovely staff, and management. And close to Sappers Suspension Bridge. Great way to end our christmas.

Continental breakfast, spacious room with large bathroom, bath, for instance. Polite staff and great location not far from rivers, lots of shops and places to eat, the restaurant/pub, and Llandudno.
